A case that achieved both improved cutting quality and enhanced maintainability!

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request to enhance maintenance while stabilizing cutting quality with a guillotine blade for vegetable cutting. Although cutting is possible with a straight blade, due to user requests indicating that the wider cutting area tends to scatter dirt, we designed it with a curved blade type.
